You will be degree qualified in TESL, Education or Applied Linguistics with a minimum of six years’ experience in training and academic education, including three years’ professional experience in training program development and evaluation. You need to have a thorough understanding of curriculum development, test development, curriculum support, job analyses, needs assessments, surveys, and studies. You need to have experience of writing and editing training materials, tests, reports, and articles. You need to be able to develop, design and review textbooks and training materials.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional expertise in assigned area for major projects. Write program objectives, establish criteria for program evaluation, design program structure, develop instruction instruments, and monitors programs.
• Lead medium size curriculum & test development projects in terms of time and cost.
• Perform all ISD stages of program development.
• Perform research and analysis activities such as training quality assurance assessments, analysis of Saudi Aramco jobs, studies of target population, or test reliability and validity assessments.
• Provide advice and consultation to subordinate personnel in the Division as required.
• Monitor contract activity for assigned projects. May participate in the preparation of technical scope of work, and technical bid evaluation and contract negotiation. Maintain quality control for contracted services.
• Prepare and/or give presentations for corporate-level briefings.
• Implement e-learning and blended learning in Training & Development Organization’s programs.
• Research, analyze, and write studies, reports, and proposals relating to future training development and evaluation programs.
• Keep current with new developments in training trends including technology integration, e-learning, and blended learning.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external customers on curriculum and assessment issues.
