Job vacancy for LNG OPERATIONS ADVISOR, 35 DAYS ON, 28 DAYS OFF, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
COMPANY INFORMATION
We are a shareholding consortium of the UAE’s biggest Oil company who has had successful operations for over 25 years and produce LNG, LPG, Pentane & Sulphur from our 3-train facility on Das Island, situated some 160 kms north-west of Abu Dhabi, the largest of seven Emirates of the U.A.E.
JOB BACKGROUND
You will plan, direct, coordinate and manage all the operations and production activities of the entire Das Island complex comprising of LNG trains, OAG trains and allied utilities, storage & export facilities. Control and monitor the preparation of the annual budget, expenditure and justify variances. Approve specialised contractor activities. Undertake senior role of Plant Management as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree
Twenty years experience in operations and engineering activities in a petrochemical, oil refining or gas process industry (preferably in LNG), ten years of which in a senior management role.
Good IT skills
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
Very good communication and management/leadership skills
